My name is Peter. I grew up in Austria and have a deep understanding of the local spoken language.

I have devoted many years to mentoring exchange students and expatriates in Austria, aiding them feeling welcomed and integrated. Regardless of their proficiency in German, they invariably encounter the same hurdle: difficulty understanding the spoken German in Austrian. This resonates deeply with me, as I too have undergone the expatriate experience, having lived in the U.S. and France. I understand firsthand the challenges faced by non-natives when grappling with the local language. It's a feeling of being adrift in translation, accompanied by frustration and, at times, a sense of exclusion. Since then, I've made it my mission to make the Austrian dialect more accessible and learnable for non-natives. To achieve this, I've developed a distinctive approach that incorporates practical rules and exercises aimed at fostering a deeper comprehension of the Austrian dialect.
