The conference aims to explore the transformative impact of new technologies on legal clinics, highlighting the opportunities and challenges posed by the digital era. Legal clinics, which serve as critical bridges between academia and the practice of law, are increasingly integrating technological innovations into their operations to address the complex legal issues of modern society. This transition, however, requires a careful examination of how digital tools and platforms influence the traditional models of clinical legal education, as well as how they reshape the teaching, learning, and practice of law within an academic framework. The conference will delve deeply into the dynamic and reciprocal relationship between legal clinics and new technologies, emphasizing the importance of a forward-looking curriculum.
