If I book my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?

Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email with your payment record and the ticket. This ticket has a number you will use to access the online summit and enjoy each conference.

How secure are my credit card details?

Your credit card details are secure and kept confidential by the Eventbright system.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

There are no refund for a cancellation done prior seven days of the event.

How do I get access to the event?

You access the event and each conference by clicking on the link sent previously by mail. Then enter the code mentioned in the email and enter the event.
