What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in! The main thing is that you're wearing shoes you're happy to train in.

I'm injured/really unfit. Can I still join?

YES! The session will be tailored to your ability and fitness level so even if you've never set foot in a gym before, we'll make sure the session works for you.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Lots of people will be coming solo looking to make some new friends.

How long is the workout?

The workout will be around 50 minutes including a warmup and stretch off.

What should I bring?

Just some water. If you want to bring a change of clothes for afterwards, there is a shower at the gym.
