Meet your trainers

I'm Pascale. As the daughter of a political refugee who lost everything for his freedom of thought, I have been sensitized all my life to questions of democracy, freedom of speech, and social and political justice. I am a social psychologist passionate about facilitation and The life of groups. My professional commitments have been geared towards building spaces where everyone has a voice, facilitating community building and adult learning and development. I am now focused on professional development of teachers, trainers, coaches, researchers and policymakers. Visit my website (I must take care of it!! It’s not up to date)

I'm Alain. Managing international teams of consultants, trainers and technical experts over the past decades taught me the value of facilitation and democratic practices to foster collaboration and synergy within and between multi-national/lingual/cultural organizations. This is why I have been delighted to contribute to the publication, dissemination and maintenance of the Cards for Democracy, as a volunteer with Learn to Change. I am now focussed on climate change action and collapse resilience, and how democratic, inclusive practices can contribute to these objectives.
