Taught by Tamara Von Dohren, a University Professor of Leadership Skills and Storytelling at ESSEC, IÉSEG, and EFAP, this intimate 2.5-hour workshop is designed for ambitious professionals who never had the chance to formally study negotiation but want to develop the skills that business schools teach the next generation of leaders.

In this small group setting (max 4 participants), you will:

  • Master essential negotiation techniques used in business, salary discussions, and high-stakes deals.
  • Develop confidence in any negotiation scenario—from boardrooms to everyday business or life interactions.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a notebook and pen if you have a preferred journal, or these will be provided. You will be sent an email prior to the event to ask your preferred hot and cold drink of choice and fruit selection to tailor the day's refreshments to your preferences.

Where exactly is the location?

As this workshop takes place at a private residence, the exact address will be shared only with confirmed attendees prior to the event. The event will take place in the 1st Arrondissement of Paris (75001).

Is the space accessible?

Unfortunately there are stairs in the entrance and to the first floor where the experience takes place, which does not make this property accessible to those requiring ramp access.

Can I cancel if I am unable to attend?

Given the intimate nature of this event we do not allow cancellations unless it is an unforseen medical or similar emergency (justification may be required). A credit will be offered for a future workshop in place of a refund.

What language is the experience in?

The experience will be in English (I speak a little french). I regularly lead international students and professionals with English at varying levels and am happy to slow down or explain things in different ways if anything is unclear. You won't be judged for your English level. :-)
