This immersive yoga intensive is an invitation to reconnect with the wild beauty that resides within you. In the serene and breathtaking landscape of Portugal, we will step away from the distractions of daily life to dive deeper into self-discovery and transformation.

Through a harmonious blend of yoga practices—Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, and Chanting—we will peel back the layers of superficiality to access the profound depths of our true selves. This retreat is designed for practitioners of all yoga styles and levels, including yoga teachers, allowing each participant to learn and grow at their own pace.

Together, we will create a supportive and loving community, practicing individually yet collectively, helping and encouraging one another. This intensive immersion is not just a retreat but a transformative experience to uncover and embrace the profound beauty within you. Yoga Retreat Program: A Day-by-Day Itinerary


Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

3:00 PM - Check-In Starts

  • Settle into your accommodation and explore the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy some free time with a variety of activities such as a beach visit, a walk, a permaculture tour, surfing, or simply relaxing.


5:30 PM - Welcoming Ceremony

  • Join us for an organizational meeting where you'll receive all the necessary information about the retreat.
  • Engage in an arrival meditation and Yoga Nidra to ground yourself.
  • Finish with a final chanting session to root in the event.


7:00 PM - Dinner

  • Enjoy a delicious dinner prepared with fresh, local ingredients.


Days 2 to 6: Daily Schedule

Early Morning Practice: 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM

  • Begin your day with a holistic session including:
    • Meditation
    • Pranayama (breath control)
    • Asana (yoga postures)
    • Deep relaxation techniques


9:30 AM to 10:30 AM - Breakfast

  • Savor a farm-to-table buffet breakfast featuring a variety of delicious and nutritious options.

Morning Practice: 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

  • Engage in activities designed to deepen your yoga practice:
    • Chanting
    • Questions and Answers Satsang (Yoga Talk)
    • Asana Clinics


12:30 PM to 1:30 PM - Lunch

  • Enjoy a wholesome vegetarian or vegan lunch.


Afternoon Break: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM

  • Take this time to relax, nap, or participate in various activities available at the venue, or at the surrounding, such as:
    • Massage
    • Horse riding
    • Surf classes
    • Stand up paddle
    • Donkey hugs
    • Bike rental
    • Markets
    • Paragliding
    • Hiking
    • Farm tours
    • Cultural tours
    • Boat tours
    • Walking & cycling trails
    • Bird, dolphin, and whale watching


Afternoon Class: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

  • Conclude your day with Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra to rejuvenate and unwind.


6:30 PM to 7:30 PM - Dinner

  • End your day with another delightful dinner.


Day 7: Departure

9:00 AM - Breakfast

  • Enjoy a final breakfast with fellow participants.

11:00 AM - Room Check-Out

  • Check out of your rooms but feel free to enjoy the venue until 6:00 PM.

6:00 PM - Check-Out from the Land

  • Depart from the retreat center with a refreshed body and mind.

  • Snacks: Tea, water, and fruit snacks are available throughout the day.

What's Included in the Yoga Retreat Package

Yoga Classes:

Daily yoga sessions including Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Accommodation:

Comfortable shared rooms in various eco-friendly shelters, including the Superior Safari Shelter, Romantic Mountain Cabins, and Alma Shelter.

Meals:

3 nutritious meals per day:

Breakfast buffet with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients

Light brunch

Full dinner with vegetarian and vegan options

Tea breaks with tea, water, and fruit snacks available throughout the day

Certificate:

Certificate of Completion for 30 hours of yoga training, registered with the International Yoga Alliance (provided for each week of attendance)
